Privacy notice

Red Door Recruitment Group Ltd (company number 17439755), 16 Chequer Street, St. Albans, England AL1 3YD, is the controller for personal data you send us.

We collect names, contact details, work history, right-to-work information and notes from interviews so we can introduce candidates to employers and keep records an employment agency must keep. We share data with a named client only when you have agreed to that introduction, or when the law requires it.

We keep candidate files for as long as we reasonably expect to have suitable work, then delete or anonymise them. Hiring-manager contacts are kept for the life of the commercial relationship.

You may ask for a copy of your data, a correction, deletion or restriction by writing to hello@reddoor-recruit.example. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with our response.
